Terms of use
Seven points, kept short.
In force from 9 October 2026.
Using How Much to Fly Private means accepting the terms below. The site is run by Charter Jet One, an air charter broker.
1. The numbers on this site
Every price, rate, range and flight time you read here is an estimate for general information. None of them is an offer to fly you, and any of them may be updated.
2. When a quote becomes a booking
Only when a charter agreement is signed. Before you book, we tell you which carrier will operate the flight; that carrier is an FAA Part 135 operator, or the foreign equivalent abroad, and keeps operational control of the aircraft. Until the operator confirms the aircraft, availability is not guaranteed.
3. Taxes and fees
Our prices include the taxes and fees that apply when we quote, such as US federal excise tax and segment fees on domestic legs. If you change the trip after booking, or a government changes a charge, the charter agreement decides what is added.
4. Cancelling or changing
The charter agreement for your flight sets the rules for changes and cancellations, along with any fees for them.
5. Liability
As far as the law permits, we do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss caused by using this website, and for the website itself our liability covers only direct, foreseeable loss. Responsibility for operating the flight sits with the operating carrier. Where the law forbids limiting liability, these terms do not try to.
6. Fair use
Please do not disrupt the site, scrape it, or send requests in another person's name.
7. Which law applies
The law of the United States and of the State of New York applies to these terms and to anything arising from them.
