Eight short sections, in plain English.
In force from 9 October 2026.
Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates How Much to Fly Private. This page sets out, in order, what that means for the details you type into our forms.
1. The details we keep
Your name, email address and phone number; the trip itself (airports, dates, number of passengers and anything you write in the notes); whether you ticked the box for offers; and three pieces of context about your visit: the page you were on, the address that referred you, and campaign tags such as utm_source if your link carried them.
2. What they are for
First, pricing the trip you asked about and sending you aircraft options. Second, if you go ahead, booking and running that flight with the operator. Third, and only if you said yes to offers, the occasional note about empty legs or prices. Saying no, or changing your mind later, has no effect on the first two.
3. Who else sees them
The air carrier that would operate your flight sees what it needs to quote and fly it. So do the service providers we rely on to quote and book, such as email and hosting, and only for that job. Nobody buys your details from us; we do not sell them.
4. How long they stay
A request that never becomes a booking is kept only for as long as it is useful for answering you and for ordinary business records. Booking records stay for the periods the law sets. Your offers preference stays until you change it.
5. What you can ask us to do
See what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write back to any message we have sent you, or put the request in the notes of the quote form, and we will deal with it.
6. Cookies and tracking
None beyond what the site strictly needs to function. There are no analytics tools and no advertising pixels on these pages.
7. Children
The site is meant for adults arranging travel. We do not set out to collect information from anyone under 16; details of younger passengers flying with an adult are used only to arrange their flight.
8. If this page changes
The new version will appear here, with its own start date at the top.
